Transaction NOT approved- please help!!!

Hey guys,
I am applying online for my study permit. However when ever i try to pay it shows me a page :"Transaction not approved - Transaction refusée"

This is the Most Common Error Which Occurs in Online Application Payment.

You need to Make sure that you have inserted the ACCURATE Address of Card Holder.

That would be better if you Call your Bank and ask for your Accurate Address of Credit / Debit Card.
