Is it necessary to report traffic violations during the EE process? Like running a stop sign which resulted in a vehicle collision (non-injury accident)? Obviously no drugs or alcohol were involved. The applicant was only ticketed and paid the fee for it. I cannot find any place to report this during the PR application (correct me if I am wrong but this does not count as a criminal offense). The incident is not reflected on the applicant's police clearance certificate (it is clean).
