I applied to PR visa in canada 6 months ago
I got email from CIC
I will submit Traffic history in Queensland, Australia
But I worried why I had some Traffic tickets.
- 4 Speeding Tickets
- 3 Exeed 2HR limit Parking Tickets
- 1 Follow vehicle too closely ticket
I checked any crime question "no"
If i submit these traffic history to CIC, Do I take refuse application ?
I don't think that matters at all.
Some counties show DUI info on traffic reports (which is a more serious crime) so that is why they ask. With just speeding or parking tickets, that should not be an issue.
But 4 speeding tickets? You should slow down! In Canada you would be practically un-insurable with 5 tickets on your record.

Getting a traffic ticket is not a crime. It is a civil infraction. However, if you don't pay your ticket on time, it could be a misdemeanor crime in some countries like in Canada and the US.
