Hello, I'm an April 2024 inland applicant. My status as of Jan 15 is all completed on the tracker, but no COPR number is showing yet. Also there is no final decision date on my gckey. Because it's been only a week, I'm not super concerned yet. But I've seen people with the same situation as mine and still waiting for the final part.

If you are on the same boat, feel free to get in touch.

My timeline:
2024
4.24 submission
5.15 AOR/FN
6.25 Passed medical exam
8.2 BIL
8.19 biometrics completed
8.20 Pre-arrival service invitation letter
8.26 Eligibility letters for both applicant and sponsor
12.12 Medical exam request (previous one not extendable)
12.16 Request letter about medical exam
2025
1.3 Medical exam done
1.15 Medical passed; Tracker shows All Completed

Yes, because of the new announcement of cutting staff, IRCC has been busy with their own issue for a week now. You will get it soon though. Congratulations!
