I applied under TR to PR pathway, received the email saying, “PR has been approved and confirm if your are in canada or outside canada”. I travelled to India for emergency and replied to email saying I’m outside canada. But I received the PR portal credentials the next day instead receiving travel documents. The email says I am required to confirm my status and upload photo within 7 days. I raised a webform immediately but no response. Any help on what to do would be really appreciated.
