I'm currently in Canada on an extended TRV, mid-application for a study permit. I'm from the UK and am a registered organ donor back home. But being a strong believer in the cause, I was wondering what status qualifies myself to be able to sign up to do so in Canada (specifically SK)? I have a (hopefully) permanent home here with my Canadian fiance, SK driving license etc and soon a Health Card once I start my full time classes in May.

Do I need PR status or can I do it now? And where?
