I have had this conversation before, but I need further advice on this. I hold a PR along with my wife, but my daughter was born in India and I have to apply for her PR sponsorship. I am going to do that in a day or so, but meanwhile I tried to apply for a TRV for her if she can get here in canada with me.
Her visa got rejected with reason of "Family Ties in India & Canada" and "Purpose of Visit" which I already had intuition that it might get rejected. Now, I want to know what should be the next step for me?
I've seen ppl suggesting to apply for TRP but I don't really know if that will help? If that gets rejected, will that make my daughter's application even worse with 2 rejections?
please advice. Also, when should I apply for TRP, after applying for PR sponsorship, or before?

But is TRP not the same kind? Will it not be a rejection again, considering the officer mentioned that the baby doesn't have intention to come back. For TRP, it will be the same case? Or should I write a letter clearly mentioning that my daughter's PR is in process already and then I want her to be here with me for that time, but she will return back home after 6-8 months, and then come again legally when the PR application is approved.

No, a TRP is something completely different from a TRV. It is special permission for inadmissible people to come to Canada. When you apply for the TRP, you need to include a letter requesting a TRP and fully explaining the situation.
