I am waiting for my PR and expecting in 3-4 months. my wife lives in Canada and i want to visit her on tourist visa. I am currently working and is it advisable to apply for tourist visa and a will i get it ?
If ur only 3 months away from getting pr. Why would u wanna come to canada on tourist visa and waste money travelling twice within 4 month period... anyway the other thing is u never know when they r gonna ask for ur passport and medical for ur pr. And thirdly trv doesnt have a fixed time frame thst u will get ur passport back with visitor visa in a months time. There r ppl who have their passport with canada high commission for over 6 months.
Just an honest answer dont know about ur situation I could be wrong. Anyway if u still apply make sure u have very sound paperwork and financial support
