Only two emails to confirm submission on the same day was sent via the account. Thereafter, the good news on 24th November, 10 days later, that my application was approved and to submit my passport to the VAC office. I dropped it off after paying the service fees of less than SGD40. I opted out of the SMS service and choose to track it on the website (https://www.vfsvisaonline.com/Global-PassportTracking/).
The processing from there will take 3-5 working days. The most tedious thing in the whole process was preparing the documents during the online application. Thereafter, it was very easy and systematic. In fact, it is much faster than expected as the processing time on CIC for Singapore is 13 days I will self-collect as my office is within walking distance from the VAC office.
Sharing my experience applying online from Singapore.
1. Application submitted and documents transmitted successfully online on 16Apr2018
2. Received confirmation to submit Passport on 25Apr2018
3. Submit Passport to VFS singapore on 26Apr2018
4. Received change of status alert email re Visa issued 02May2018 at 03:18AM
5. Collect Passport from VFS on 02May2018 at 15:00PM

I also waiting for Singapore visa office i pass interview and medical results have been received in April 2018 still in process any one knows how long it will take to decision made almost 3 month

I applied tourist visa June 27 but they send me a letter that shows the processed passport was dispatched on 25th July and they send me a message that nothing cleared whether it’s refused or accepted but today 30th of July I went to the VAC to pick up my passport once I open the envelope I saw a refusal letter from the embassy
1:: I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR based on your travel history

Guys how to deal this issue I wanna reapply again on January or before I didn’t received my parent bank statement or any guidian and I put my bank around 3000$ do you think 3000$ is helpful for someone who is applying a tourist visa??????? The other supporting documents I added is my house title which I bought around 85000$ so guys need your help how to handle this three issue based the refusal of my tourist visa thanks
