[Tourist Visa] No Placeholders for Financial Documents or Flight Tickets

Hi,

I am applying for Tourist Visa for my parents. I have uploaded most of the documents but I could not find any place holders to upload financial docs like bank statements or proofs like flight/hotel bookings. Does that mean I don't have to upload them? or Am I doing something wrong?.

Help/Advice please.

They go under "client information."

Don't book flight tickets until you get the visa, unless they are 100% refundable.
