Tourist Visa from Philippines - help!

Hello everyone,

my parents are planning to get tourist visa. My sister invited them to go there. They will visit my sister and her family in Edmonton. My sister and her husband will shoulder all the expenses when my parents get there including travel insurance and airfare.
My parents are both retired and in their 60s already. Our problem now is that they recently sold their house because they are just staying with me and my family now. They don't have property as of the moment but they have 100k PHP (approx. $2,300.00 CAD) in their savings account and another 100k PHP time deposit.

What are my parents' chances of getting tourist visa?

apply for a parent visa. Just check to the cic website the requirements that they need to provide. =)
