I would like to apply for a Canadian visa. I am a Ghanaian, married with kids and we all reside in Dublin. I am currently not working at the moment and I have no property in here in Dublin Ireland.

I was granted Residency in 2016 in Dublin Ireland based on my family.
I was denied US tourist visa in 2017 in Dublin
I visited Turkey in 2017
I visited Croatia in 2018 with my wife and kids as tourists.
This time around, I will be traveling to my home country in Ghana in few weeks time. I have properties and investments and enough money in my account in Ghana. I would like to apply during my short stay in Ghana. So I intend to travel from Ghana to Toronto and return to Dublin. I have the option to apply for a conference relevant to my kids health. Any chance of being granted in Ghana? The only ties I have in Dublin is my family.
