Tourist in Canada and Family Class Sponsorship (Inland)

Hi, I was able to go here in Canada thru Tourist Visa and I was invited by my husband (came on July 15, 2016). We have not filed for any Family Sponsorship in the Philippines and now we are planning to apply for family class sponsorship while I am here in Canada. I would like to ask a couple of questions:

1.) Can we file for the Family Class Sponsorship (Inland) a month after I came? or should we wait for 30 or 90 days before the expiry of my Tourist Visa on December 22, 2016? If Yes, how do we go about the process (forms we need to fill out)?

2.) Do we have to wait for approval of the sponsorship for me to get an Open Work Permit? or can we file the open work permit while waiting for the approval of our family class sponsorship?

You can send in your application as soon as it is ready. You do not have to wait. You send the application for the OWP with the inland application.

A few questions again..

Should I also apply for the extension of my tourist visa? We are just worried that the Open Work Permit may not come before my Visitor Visa expires on December 22, 2016. If yes, should we send it all together? (Open Work Permit + Family Class + Tourist Visa Extension)

Outland and inland applications both go to Mississaugga, but to different places. The addresses are here on the CIC website:

The PR application and the OWP application are sent together. Not sure about the extension.
