Can someone travel to Canada for Tourism/Vacation for 5 months if they already have a 10 year multiple entry B1 business-visitor visa issued in 2017 on an Indian passport?

Yes, you can travel on Business visitor visa, for tourism or vacations at later stage

I had business visitor visa issued and traveled in 2016
In 2022 I traveled for vacations on same visa
