I had a question regarding the question " In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have?". Does this include foreign experience and Canadian experience or only foreign experience?
I have 2 years and 7 months work experience in India and 6 months in Canada. Therefore, total experience is more than 3 years. Will I get points for the same or only for 2 years. Please confirm.

In your case, you gain CRS points for the experience in India. List the Indian experience in WORK HISTORY section. The 6 months Canadian experience won't provide any points. Minimum it requires 1 year to provide CRS points. So I would suggest to list the Canadian experience in the PERSONAL HISTORY section.
Whatever experience you are listing in the WORK HISTORY section, later on, you will be asked to provide an experience letter. But for the experiences which you don't claim points will go to the PERSONAL HISTORY section, that doesn't require an experience letter.
Nothing wrong in listing the 6 months Canadian experience in WORK HISTORY section, but you will have to get an experience letter for it. Which is waste of energy and time because it doesn't increase your CRS score.
