Total applications received up today according to CIC

Hi, i want see your comments about the information of the total applications received up today, CIC says that only 163 out of 5,000 have been received, is it true???

that footnote has been a subject of great debate in the fsw 2013 applicants timeline. from the spreadsheet entries it is evident that the new cap update reflects atleast upto may 9th applicants.

Very true, I agree. But why isn't CIC is not revealing the exact date. What can be the reason ?

1. Did you read the date (1) at the bottom of the page? No, well it is still dated 04/05/13.

if you go by the footnote, it simply means that they are still working on apps received on 4th may, whereas few posts on the forum show that they have reached upto 8th and 9th may date. And if at all the foot note is true, how come so many apps reached to CIC when everybody was rushing towards degree verification at that time !!

I see the footnote date as: "Date Modified: 2013-07-16"

Geeting 163 applicants worldwide is not a issue.

yes these are applications which have been received by CIO in first couple of days. the process is very slow due to sorting of bulk of applications then checking their completeness and then charging fee. most of the occupations has been caped by 15th of May 2013. The website will show only those applications which are complete and their fee has been charged not the total received applications.this is my experience of last three MI.

If you have CC from an international bank than go for it otherwise DD is better option in my opinion.
