I had my Driver's License ready as it has a signature on it but for some reason my PR Card does not.
The test took a picture of my face and had the example on the right side on how to take it so I know I didn't do that incorrectly, however, I did not receive an option for my photo ID?
I am not sure if it was an error on my part or what to do next.

The ID pic is a step ahead of photo ID. Just wait for next correspondence from IRCC, usually if something is missing you will get a notification. Keep an eye on email if there is something missing or not right you will get notified.
