today i passed test 19/20 - and done interview

today i passed test, interview was well they asked many questions about 20 minutes on my travelling history/job/canada etc

in the end she told me she will verify from CBSA only for my wife or she will send letter at home if required. (although she already have CBSA report in hand)

i dont understand. Can they send letter at home after interview (although she was very satisfied). please share experiences

Yes, they can request further documents if they think it's necessary.

we applied 4 family members at the same time (2 adults/2 kids), can they send oath inviation on 3 members. or they treat single application for all 4 members

Well... now that's a question I cannot help you with. I have no idea how family applications are treated. Let's wait for someone more educated on the matter.
