I checked these lawyer immigration firms in this web site. They are in Quebec and I did not know if they are working with problem likes my.
 
You should apply again as a Permanent Resident, just keep it simple
 
Well, Quebec is still Canada. The law firm is with Canadian Law Bar and many members recommend it.
