To get job offer from canada without IELTS & intervie. Is it true or scams

I am from Banglades. I am textile professional& have 8 years working experienc. I am interested to migrant canada. i talked with one agency regarding skill visa in canada they told me they can arrange job offer latter match with my experince but ielts not required & also without any interview. Is it true or false? Can any one pls advise me to get correct information
