To apply or not?? Band 5 in writing over all 6 bands

Hi Frds,
I am having a doubt here.
My sister in law is planning to apply on next Monday under SPP program.
Her profile is
1)Completed BPharmacy with79%
2)IELTS- 6 bands over all with a 5 band in Writing module.
3)Durham college ...Chemical lab technician
4)Bank loan 12 lacs+ 1st sem fees paid

My doubt is, after seeing Jyothi Dillon's case(so sorry for her), shud she go ahead and apply with a band 5 in one section.
I have read one comment there saying VO doesn't want to see a band 5 on IELTS score card.

Its very urgent.............pls reply....

there is no such hard and fast rule , it solely depends on the perception of vo , if the score matters to him a lot it could be a reason for refusal , but many applicants have been rejected inspite of having very good ielts score and also there are some who have been provided visa with low band score . so getting visa not depends on one factor rather its a dependent on many other factors also like financial background , academic profile and overall impression of the personand his details...

Instead of this, you should ask if there is any compatibility between Pharmacy and Chemical lab technician!
