Hi to all Live in caregivers,

I had the correct last name on my live in caregiver work permit. However, I realised that my First and middle name in a wrong order. I admit that it was my mistake during the application. It has been happened when my 1st visit as a visitor in Canada before I was a Live in caregiver. I guess they based on the UIC number. What should I do??

Am I still allow to apply for a SIN number and also health care card?

Will it effect on my PR application in the future??

I really really need advice from all of you. Please help!!!! ???
