Hello all i have been working on a TN Visa for the past 3 years and this time i am thinking about getting a 3 year TN VISA from Peace bridge.
Anyone else have gone to the peace bridge buffalo to get their Visa any idea, info? I never had any issues with getting a visa before but with the economic downturn here i am just wondering if that can be an issue

Depends on your TN visa, intra company transfers 3 years max. Knowledge workers 5 years max
"The category of intra-company transferees is the only NAFTA category to have a “cap” imposed
on the total duration of employment. The total period of stay for a person employed in an
executive or managerial capacity may not exceed seven years. The total period of stay for a
person employed in a position requiring specialized knowledge may not exceed five years."
