TN Visa for 3Yr Mechanical engineering diploma

Hi, I'm a Canadian citizen and looking for a job in US. Considering my experience I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get job as an engineer in US. I've done 3 year engineering polytechnic diploma in mechanical engineering from India after 10+2 grade. My questions 1. If any one has any experience or knowledge if I will have any issue in getting TN visa? 2. Do one has specify to CBP under which category/code# are you applying? 3. Does my education credential evaluation needs to say "Bachelor of engineer" or Diploma is fine? Any recommendations for which credential evaluation agency should I be using?
