Hi,

I am in the process of applying for PR from the US where I currently reside as a legal alien. However, my spouse whom I intend to add to my PR application still lives in Senegal. I would like to know if that could potentially raise any red flags as far as the authenticity of the mariage?

Does anybody have any tips on how to build a stronger case?

What if the Buffalo office wants to interview both of us?

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Please advise.
