I'm a live in caregiver under live in caregiver program and I'll be completing my 22 months with 3900 hours next month.
just wondering if any of you know the format for the requirement #16 which is "Timesheets signed by you current and previous employers clearly indicating the date and number of hours worked for all overtime hours claimed" if there's any specific format for that one...
