We had enclosed a pre-paid/self addressed xpresspost envelope with our passports and on Monday/27th night when I checked eCas, it was "Decision Made". Now, Detroit sends xpressposts from Windsor, so depends on when they send them and when Windsor mails. Any inputs will help ... I just want to see the average time taken ...
