Any FSW applicant got request for ARC from Los Angeles Visa office? How long it took for you? I applied for Express entry FSW program last year Feb 2018. After long background check my file was transferred to Los Angeles Visa office this year. Officer requested ARC fees that I submitted on time. It's been 18 months total since AOR and no decision yet.
