Timeline for 2018-2019 after pre-arrival letter.

We applied for my wife and one of our daughters, (other 2 children are already dual citizens, Philippines/Canadian), for PR on May 02, 2018. IRCC didn't acknowledge application until July 10, 2018. At same time requested medical. July 11, 2018 sponsorship approved. In August acknowledged medical received. On Oct 05, 2018 wife invited to job expo. On Oct 12, 2018 wife received Pre-arrival letter. Since then nothing. As of today, Feb 19, 2019, we have heard nothing. From what I have read throughout the thread, this seems like a long time. Any other info out there would be appreciated. Thanks.

Our application was received in February 21st 2018. We received per-arrival on October 13, 2018. We still have no news on our application, my husband is undergoing background check sin mid-January.

Paris visa office just replied to me after I sent a request since it’s been more than 13 months and they told me that we are under normal processing time (?!)

Wow! According to IRCC website, for us it says Philippines wait time is within 1 yr.
