time when i was abroad,how to announce

Hello all
4 months (oct to jan) and 3 months (jul to sep) i got student visa
my visa was S3 means i have 3 years time for completing my college course
and after 4+3 months (7 months in total ) i come back to my country (my visa was student) but NOT for a short course it was admission was BA

but is it possible will be asked from me why you got a S3 visa which means 3 years?why you went there for study while you were working in your country?
