Time to get PP Back

I did some research in the forums about my question and the latest one is on Feb, so I start a new thread for tracking the PP back time.

I sent my PP on July 11 and delivered on July 14. Until now, no any sing of returning my PP.
My Visa office is CPC-Ottawa.

Could anybody tell me how long will take to get my PP back?
I have a trip plan on August 5th.

People are saying you usually get it back within 2 weeks, but for my case, it's almost been a month and I still haven't received it. It's been pretty slow recently. You can refer to this tracker.
