Time taken by CHC Delhi

Hi, does anyone know the time CHC Delhi takes to respond to an application? I was told they always respond in 15 days.

For general category, it will take around 8-13 days to get the initial response. And now a days the CHC Delhi is kind of very active and they process things withing 6-7 days.

I got medical call in 5 working days from CHC, New Delhi. I applied as General candidate without any student loan.

However, I applied in end of May which is a lean period for CHC as it does not gets too many study visa request at that time.
