I did my soft landing post getting PR via road through Ambassador bridge on June 4, 2018 and get back to USA after a week. I submitted goods to follow list which has my personal vehicle( Car). Now I am planning to move permanently to Canada by end of June.
I am just worried if I will still be eligible for importing my car and other items which are mentioned in goods to follow as I am moving to Canada permanently after one year ?
Do I need to pay any kind of duty fee/GST/HST if I move after one year in this case with my items mentioned in goods to follow list(signed and stamped by CBS officers at the time of soft landing) ?
