My husband and I started filling out forms for the Spousal Family Class PR application back in January, but then we got so busy and we put it aside for about six months. Are the forms that we already filled out, printed (with the bar code) and signed still valid or do we need to do it again so that they are more up-to-date? Basically, is there an expiry date on them?

Sorry, not sure that I understand your answer. We are using up-to-date forms, but we filled them out, printed them and signed them six months ago. Now we are filling out the rest of the forms and gathering the necessary documents. I'm just wondering if the forms we filled out six months ago are still valid or if we need to do them again.
What is meant is that you need to go back to the immigration website and ensure that the numbers/versions of the ones you have filled out/completed match the ones they are currently putting out for new applicants. You want to be sure there are no new 'revisions' added into any of them.
Very good point and I will look into that. So if the forms are exactly the same, does it matter that I filled some of them out six months ago? Do I need to redo them?
I would THINK if the information has not changed since that time, it should not matter at all. If there is information within them that needs to be updated, marriage/birth/death, I think you get the point here, then you will need to fill in that particular form again, otherwise, I should think no changes is no problem provided all same documents and versions and such.
