If you are from India then you can apply till mid July.

If you are from Pakistan then man apply as soon as possible. Complete your documents, financial proofs, home ties etc and get it done before 10th june. So that when you get your LOA on the 10th of June you should apply right away.

If you are from INDIA then you should apply by august 1st (strongly recommanded by august 1st)
