Time for preparation for IELTS

Hi

I was planning to write IELTS. However, I have just 2 slots before my 120 days expire. One slot is just 15 - 20 days from now and the other is very close to my 120 day deadline. Can somebody throw some light on, how long it will take to prepare for IELTS?

Well i have been preparing for the last 10 days (2 hrs a day). My test is tomorrow, Will let you know if 10 days was sufficient after i take the test

10 days is sufficient for preparation. I took my tests today i did well. Results will be out by 30 th. But i think i am in there. 2 hours a day for 10 days if you are confident of language and use it often at work.

What materials did you use for preparation? and are you generally good in speaking and writing English? I am trying to figure out how difficult would it be for me to take the IELTS.

WRITING TIPS:--do the practice test under exam conditions by completing each test in one hour(use a stopwatch/timer).Keep to the suggested time of 20 minutes for writing task 1 and 40 minutes for the writing task 2.
DO NOT USE A DICTIONARY TO HELP YOU
DO NOT USE A COMPUTER TO TYPE YOUR WORK.
