It has been over 4 weeks since landing, and we have not received the PR card yet. The time to arrival of the card was claimed to be three weeks when I landed - is it normal for it to take more than 4 weeks? Should I be concerned yet?
 
I landed on 20th May...the IO told us it could take upto 12 weeks to get the PR card.

I think CIC are having some equipment problems......
