Time duration for the Judicial review for students?

Hello,
I am applying for the judicial review because I think I can challenge the visa officer's decision who refused my study permit under certain conditions. I just want to know that how much time Will this process takes to provide me a final decision? I am applying from Pakistan.

Why was it refused? You may be better off resolving the visa posts concern than taking this to court especially if the refusal reasons is/are within the law.
