Hello...I have applied for MPNP-SW through PNP (Dont have EE profile) on 27th March, 2023. My NOC Code is 10021, Teer 0. My MPNP score is 413. Can anyone guide as to what's the chances to get nomination and if yes, when should I expect it? Thank you in advance.

Who is in Manitoba to support or do you have job offer?

Go through the draw sheets as that is a low score. Don’t think draws have gone below 600. Most are not under 700.

I’m long haul truck driver(TEER 3) on LMIA based work permit with 1 year experience in Manitoba. In ielts I have 4.5 overall 5 in speaking, 4.5 in reading and 4 in writing and listening. Total score 661 and I got invitation to apply in last draw. Is it fine to apply for it ?

If you got an LAA then go ahead & submit a full MPNP application & wait for the nomination

It is almost impossible to get nomination with that score unfortunately. You will need to improve your application
