Say someone received an ITA, however, after that their points got reduced due to age bracket changing and now their new point is on the borderline (471 for last draw). It is stated that you may continue with your application if your points don't fall below the cutoff for the draw.
How does the tie break rule play into this? If you are at exactly 471 with the new point calculation, but your application was submitted after the tie break period, can you still submit it? Or do you need to make a new profile and start everything from scratch?
