I have three years bachelor from university of Nepal and presently working as business and financial consultant in business consulting company. I think my work match with NOC 4163 or 4164. Both require bachelor degree. Is my three years bachelor enough for NOC 4163 and 4164.

It does not matter what your Bachelors is, if you are looking for Express Entry eligibility, then you should get your Bachelors assessed by World Education Services (WES) to see what its Canadian equivalent it.
If you want to know more about Express Entry and steps involved, you can refer to this link http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/migration-to-canada-through-express-entry-overview-and-quick-links-t397340.0.html
Thanks Stanlee,
I have assessed my educational certificate from World Education Services (WES) and WES have given three year bachelor in business studies as Canadian equivalent. My concern is whether my educational qualification and its Canadian Equivalency is enough for NOC 4163 and 4164. In NOC 4163, it has been mentioned that "A bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration is required." In case of NOC 4164, it has been mentioned that "A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a social science or related discipline, or in business administration is usually required."

Bachelor in Business Studies is almost similar to Bachelor of Business Administration, or I would say, it is the same, the nomenclature used is different. And even if there is some difference, it would be just one or two subjects. It is fine, you can relax

Hi .. Please help me on this.
My wife has 3 years BBS degree from TU with 2nd division. Is it assessed by WES as equivalent to Bachelors degree or not.
Is it similar to your case or not?

You can use this free tool to check the Canadian equivalency of your wife's degree http://www.wes.org/ca/evaluations/preliminary.asp?.

WES evaluation for immigration purpose has nothing to do with division of pass......be it 1st class or 2nd no issues.
