So they want me to supply 4 recent photos, all identical photos? under the Specifications?

Im a little confused as i went to get pictures taken at costco and they only gave me two, now im heading back to get another 4 new ones?

When you went to Costco the first time did you request 1 set (they are sold in sets of 2). If you asked for 2 sets then bring in your receipt and they may be able to print you off another set, otherwise you got just what you paid for.

My question would be.... why are you trying to save money on a whole new set and risk any chance of "incomplete application" denial (that would delay up to two months your application)?

I would just pay all the thing again....
