Does anyone know if comission based job can help me to get a LMIA. I recently hired by a Amarican Income Life insurance company. They will give me commision for selling insurance plus bonuses. I will be going to office for two days (10-9pm) to schedule appointmens with potential clinets on phone and rest of the days I will be visiting them. I can do this job for as many hours as I need.
Does this job fall in the category where LMIA is applicatble ?
One person I talked to was an employer herself. She said she wants $25,000 for filing LMIA.
I wonder how many immigrants are working at her factory. She said she has 300 employees.
