What if u get any of these questions wrong? For example a country u visited but u didn't mention it in ur trips history. Will that be a serious issue for the applicant? And how r they gonna find out???

The point is you must make it clear to CIC that you are not trying to "HIDE" any information.
If there are any travels you have made abroad for which you cannot locate the specific entry and exit dates on your passports, then you should clearly mention this on a cover letter and attach a copy of the issued VISA.
CIC must be convinced that there is no intent to Misrepresent on the applicant's behalf.
There was 1 Visit to Canada for which I could not locate the entry and exit dates on my passport so I did the same.
As for "how will they find out" - is not something you should be bothered with. The formula is "expect the worst".
