What articles of New Bill will affect the applications in process? Such as 4 years instead of 3 years, intent to reside in Canada, and others? Does the Bill clearly say something about what articles will retrospective apply for the current applications?

Still none. Most probably in next year it will effect applicants but we pray that Supreme Court reject it's many unethical articles.
