hey folks..we would like to bring my parents-in-law here in Canada on P.R. They are working in the Middle East at present. What is the easiest and sure shot way with less time to get P.R., keeping in mind they are around 55-58yrs and wouldn't qualify for points..
There is no easy way to sponsor parents or in laws you would need to enter them in the yearly draw for immigration in the parent category and could take years before being successful or could be lucky no way to tell http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/parents.asp
As per previous post a super visa is an alternative for extended stays upto 2 years at a time over a 10 year validity but holders cannot work on a super visa http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/supervisa.asp

Have you and your spouse lived in Canada for at least the past 3 years? And do you have combined income meeting parents LICO for your family size (if you + spouse + 2 parents only, no kids = approx $58K per year)?
If so your spouse can enter the parents lottery in January 2018, and hope you're one of the 10K people selected.
