The Acknowledgement receipt please help

Hi everyone!
We’ve got the Acknowledgement receipt of our application from the visa office that was sent to us on June 15, 2010. But this receipt has Embassy's stamp " Canadian Embassy 14 May 2010 Received". The weird think is that the letter of sponsorship approval from Mississauga was dated June 07, 2010. Can somebody explain me how Visa Office could receive our documents before we get the sponsorship approval? Does this mean that they have started our process in May? I have checked the ecase but under PR section the same massage Not available.

Yes anything can get caught up in the post.even in the internal post of mississauga.So maybe the visa office did get the app and now they will send your letter too.
And it is normal that you dont see anything yet they are slow sometimes,give it a few days then try again.
