for EE language test should be less than 2 years old, I have taken IELTS. and on the score certificate, there are 2 dates on it, one is "test date" and the other one is "test result date"
for the less than 2 years requirement, which date would be considered?
It is actually two years from the date you took the test on. IT IS NOT THE RESULT DATE.
Just check the come to Canada tool and play around with the dates and you will see.

I guess so...
Earlier there was a glitch of sort in EE which made your profile eligible until the test result date.
But I think they fixed that problem during recent changes to their website.
I remember reading something similar on the list of changes they made ( I am not sure about this as I didn't read carefully )
Check that your language test results will still be valid on the date you plan to apply for permanent residence. If your results expire before then, you should:
