Test invitation in the regular mail, but no update online

I am wondering if anybody has experienced it before. My friend got a test invitation via regular mail on Monday, however the last update in ECAS is "We started processing you application..."(and there was no email as well). Processing office - Winnipeg. Thanks!

Unusual but not unheard of. It'll change at some point when someone realizes the button hasn't been pushed.

hahaha !!! I received my test invitation on 10th May and i passed my test yesterday and still there is no update on the system. I dont care because this is something they have to look into.

When did they start processing your friends application? I am Winnipeg processing office as well, that's why I am asking.
