If I'm British National and I studied French at University as my degree for 3 years (plus 7 years before that at high and elementary school); is my degree transcript enough to count towards my points; or do I still have to take TEF to prove my proficiency?
Likwise, as a Brit, do I have to take IELTS as am I assumed as fluent?
